I am a Registered Dietitian with the College of Dietitians of British Columbia. 


I take a heart-centred approach to care means we work together, taking into consideration everything about who and where you are in life, to support your overall wellbeing.


I believe in joyful eating, curiosity in food preparation, and taking the time to enjoy nourishing choices with the people you love. We’ll take a non-diet approach. What does this mean? We focus on simple, nutritious, whole foods that work for you.


We’ll delve into the psychological and social aspects of foods and why we choose them. We’ll work towards taking the stress out of food choices together.


I feel very lucky to be working within the Traditional Territory of the K'ómoks First Nation.  I am happy to connect you with wonderful practitioners that could also be supportive here in the valley. 


I have experience in oncology nutrition, yoga therapy, professional cooking and humanistic medicine.  I would be honoured to be a part of your journey.
