Service Description

Outside of referrals from the military and veteran's affairs, my initial appointments are currently paused. Please add your name to my waiting list for when I open back up. This will be our first meeting to get started on our journey. I'm here to support you. This may also be appropriate if you are hoping for a quick session to answer a few questions. I do hope to have more than one session with each patient in order to look at long term guidance that suits your life. We will discuss not only nutrition but also health and wellness as a whole, including stress, sleep and exercise.
